WHERE IS MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Once your order has been processed by us and forwarded to DHL Express or diePost (usually within one business day), we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can always see where your ARS product is and when the scheduled delivery is. If you have not received it, please check your spam inbox or contact us at hello@ars-series.com. If you change your address or delivery date, please contact DHL Express and provide the tracking number.
WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WITH MY PRODUCT?
We guarantee free repair service or replacement of your ARS product within 2 months from the date of purchase if it is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects. This applies if it has been used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions. We require proof of purchase in order to honor your warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper use or wrong process of washing.
HOW DO I RETURN AN INCORRECT, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
We accept new, unused and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. It must be in its original packaging and contain all labels. Please contact us in advance at hello@ars-series.com and include the order number and reason for return. For warranty claims, we require a picture of the claimed defect, a whole picture of the merchandise, and a digital copy of the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.). Once we have inspected the (defective) merchandise and are ready to take it back, Customer Service will send you a return form with a number. Please fill out this form and include it with the return. We advise you to send it back by registered mail. ARS is not responsible for returns that are not sent by registered mail.

Shipping costs for orders are calculated as follows: ZONE 1: Free Shippin ZONE 2: 25.00 € ZONE 3: 30.00 €
WHAT IS THE NORMAL DELIVERY TIME?
All shipments are shipped National with diePost and International with DHL Express and a tracking number is automatically sent by email when the package leaves our warehouse. Shipping time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping during vacation periods may take more time. INTERNATIONAL REGULAR SHIPPING TIME: 2-5 days with priority shipping SWITZERLAND REGULAR SHIPPING TIME: 1-2 days with priority shipping
ARE THERE ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional fees and import duties may apply. These are levied at the border and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, ARS has no influence on these fees and cannot estimate the amounts involved, as regulations and duties vary from country to country.
