delivery & returns

delivery
1-  All orders of available items will be processed with in one working day (in exceptional cases 2 working days) and shipped according tothe delivery conditions with our partner National "die Post" and International "DHL Express". The goods will be delivered at the shipping prices shown. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made from stock to the delivery address you specify. The delivery information about the delivery time is not binding.
2-  Delivery shall be made at your expense and risk assoon as the goods have been handed over by us to our named shipping partners.
3-  For deliveries outside of Switzerland, you assume the additional taxes and customs duties in the import process. Regarding the exact amount of taxes and duties, please contact your customs office.
4-  The delivery time will be postponed if obstacles occur that are not our fault. Binding delivery dates must be expressly agreed in writing.
5-  We deliver our goods to the countries listed in the online store. If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@ars-series.com.
6-  You will be charged for any return or change of address that may be necessary due to incorrect or incomplete addressing or dueto a refusal of acceptance on your part.

Returns
1-  You have the right, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your newly purchased ARS product, to return the product at your own expense within 30 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the terms ofthis section without giving any reason.
2-  Please send an email in advance to hello@ars-series.com with your order number and the reason for returning the product (we always appreciate feedback). After confirmation from our side you will receive the shipping address and all further information.
3-  All items returned this way will be checked after we receive them. Purchased products must be returned with all packaging material and product description and must not show any traces of use. In this case, you willbe responsible for the return shipping costs.
A return is rejected if:  
a.   traces of use are visible
b.   the product is returned without original packaging andwithout product description.
We will refund the full sales price. Duties, taxes as well as originally incurred shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
4-  If the product is defective in quality or was not ordered by you, ARS will gladly refund the purchase price, transportation costs for returning, duties and taxes incurred (to be supported by receipts), and original shipping costs. The products will not be taken back if the products show traces of use, such as:  
a.   Traces based on normal wear and tear
b.   Acts of God, such as natural disasters  
c.   Traces of improper use

d.   Improper washing
e.   Intervention by the buyer or third parties
f.    Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer.  
The products canbe returned to the address indicated on the delivery bill in the sender'sfield.
5-  If the product is lost during the return shipment, no refund will be made. We recommend to return the product with a provider that offers tracking.
