BUSINESS SEGMENT
1-  For the business relationship between Apparel Research Studios. (hereinafter referred to as "we") and the purchasers(hereinafter referred to as "you") shall be governed exclusively bythe following GTC's in the version valid at the time of the order.
2-  We are entitled to amend, modify or delete the GTC's at any time.

OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
1-  By ordering the desired goods and pressing the purchase button, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract, which is accepted by us without further confirmation by sending the goods.
2-  The conditions specified and selected by you shall be decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. The contract is concluded under the conditions applicable in the respective offer (price, possible shipping costs).
3-  You purchase our product for personal use. If you would like to order a larger quantity of goods or goods for commercial resale,we look forward to your message to hello@ars-series.com.

PRODUCT COLORS AND SIZES
1-  We strive to depict the colors of the products truthfully. We point out that there may be slight deviations, these are mostly due to color settings on smartphones or monitors and do not represent a defect.If you have additional questions about our products, we look forward to your message and hello@ars-series.com.
2-  The sizes of our products are indicated in the respective descriptions, we ask you to consider this before placing your order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
1-  All orders of available items will be processed within one working day (in exceptional cases 2 working days) and shipped according tothe delivery conditions with our partner National "die Post" and International "DHL Express". The goods will be delivered at the shipping prices shown. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made from stock to the delivery address you specify. The delivery information about the delivery time is not binding.
2-  Delivery shall be made at your expense and risk as soon as the goods have been handed over by us to our named shipping partners.
3-  For deliveries outside of Switzerland, you assume the additional taxes and customs duties in the import process. Regarding the exact amount of taxes and duties, please contact your customs office.
4-  The delivery time will be postponed if obstacles occur that are not our fault. Binding delivery dates must be expressly agreed in writing.
5-  We deliver our goods to the countries listed in the online store. If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@ars-series.com.
6-  You will be charged for any return or change of address that may be necessary due to incorrect or incomplete addressing or dueto a refusal of acceptance on your part.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
1-  You have the right, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your newly purchased ARS product, to return the product at your own expense within 30 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the terms ofthis section without giving any reason.
2-  Please send an email in advance to hello@ars-series.com with your order number and the reason for returning the product (we always appreciate feedback). After confirmation from our side you will receive the shipping address and all further information.
3-  All items returned this way will be checked after we receive them. Purchased products must be returned with all packaging material and product description and must not show any traces of use. In this case, you willbe responsible for the return shipping costs.
A return is rejected if:  
a. traces of use are visible
b. the product is returned without original packaging and without product description.
We will refund the full sales price. Duties, taxes as well as originally incurred shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
4-  If the product is defective in quality or was not ordered by you, ARS will gladly refund the purchase price, transportation costs for returning, duties and taxes incurred (to be supported by receipts), and original shipping costs. The products will not be taken back if the products show traces of use, such as:  
a. Traces based on normal wear and tear
b. Acts of God, such as natural disasters
c. Traces of improper use
d. Improper washing
e. Intervention by the buyer or third parties
f.  Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer.  
The products can be returned to the address indicated on the delivery bill in the sender'sfield.
5-  If the product is lost during the return shipment, no refund will be made. We recommend to return the product with a provider that offers tracking.

RETENTION OF TITLE
1- Until full payment of the purchase price and the associated costs, the delivered goods remain our property.

LIABILITY
1-  You shall be entitled to the statutory warranty rights in the event of a not insignificant defect in the goods.
2-  You are obligated to inspect the quality of the goods received and, if defects arise for which we are obligated to provide warranty, to notify us immediately.
3-  Unless otherwise stated below, any further claims ofthe customer - irrespective of the legal grounds - shall be excluded. We shall not be liable for any damage that has not occurred to the product itself; inparticular, we shall not be liable for loss of profit or for any other financial loss suffered by the customer. Insofar as liability is excluded, this shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents. The above limitation of liability shall not apply if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence or if personal injury is involved or if the Product Liability Act applies. The warranty period is 2 months, calculated from delivery. This period is a limitation period and also applies to claims for compensation for consequential damage caused by a defect, provided that no claims are made in tort. Should a product be replaced,the 6-month period shall apply from the date of purchase of the original product.

DATA SECURITY
1-  The data is encrypted with proven SSL technology. Each transaction is authorized and verified online at the responsible credit card company. Blocked or false credit cards cannot be used. We undertake not to sellor pass on any customer data to third parties. An exception is the passing onof customer data for logistical reasons (shipping partners).

SECURITY
1-  Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)- the industry standard for encryption technology to provide a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. SSL technology is compatible with Firefox, Safari, Chrome and most other browsers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
1-  Our trademarks, business designations, designs,developments, materials, products and website content are protected by copyright. Modifications, reproductions, imitations of any kind are prohibited and will be prosecuted with legal action.

FINAL PROVISIONS
1-  The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UN Sales Convention) shall not apply,including in cross-border delivery transactions.
2-  The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is Zurich / Switzerland.
